About me

Jake Parkinson is currently Assessor Coordinator for Valuebase. Most recently he was the Tooele County Assessor, but he also holds a Certified Residential Appraiser License with Utah Division of Real Estate and an Ad Valorem General Designation from Utah State Tax Commission. He is a former president of the Utah Assessor's Association, the Utah Chapter of IAAO, and the Utah Coalition of Appraisal Professionals. In 2017, Jake was named Member of the Year by IAAO. He currently lives in Salt Lake City with his four children who don’t share his appreciation for good CODs.
