About me
Jean Cochrane is a data scientist and software engineer building open source tools to make local government work better at the Cook County Assessor's Office. Prior to joining the Assessor, she spent seven years in the private sector where she wrote software for local governments, non-profits, and journalists. When she's not at work in City Hall, you can usually find her at band practice or out playing softball.
