About me
Jeremy Eye is a Senior Data Analyst/Modeler for the Boulder County Assessor’s Office, where he has worked for the last year building property valuation models and researching novel approaches to mass appraisal. He spent his early career engaged as a proprietary trader in the commodity futures industry designing financial models aimed at taking advantage of statistical arbitrage. In 2018 he launched Outlier Capital, which is a fully automated, proprietary quantitative trading firm, that utilizes machine learning and AI to trade the global derivatives markets. Having ‘retired’ from trading, Jeremy now spends his time applying the latest quantitative methods to mass appraisal modeling. He has a B.Sc. in Finance from Indiana University and a Professional Master’s of Science and Technology (PMST) with a concentration in Financial Mathematics from the University of Utah.
