Deputy Chief Assessment Officer with the Philadelphia Office of Property Assessment (OPA) and a self-proclaimed 'assessment nerd'. June 2025 will make 22 years in the industry for me. My time at OPA has been spent in the Mass Appraisal Unit as well as a residential assessor, supervisor and Administrator. In my spare time, I enjoy listening to True Crime podcasts.
