About me
Nathan Langdon serves as the GIS Mapping and Property Ownership Manager at the Maricopa County Assessor’s Office. Nathan has been in public service for nearly ten years, specializing in the GIS field. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and Communications followed by a Master’s Degree in GIS Management from Salisbury University. His ingenuity in the workplace led to his success in the public sector where he currently oversees a 40-person team, responsible for updating and managing over 1.7 million parcel records. As a young manager he has been able to lead his team through a major system upgrade, established improved performance metrics for his teams, and cross-trained his entire division in his short tenure. He constantly seeks new innovative ways to solve old problems through building relationships and utilizing GIS programs and hopes that his story will inspire you. In his free time, he can be found on the pickleball court, dropping a needle into the groove of a vinyl record or cheering on the Arizona Wildcats!
