About me
Paul Bidanset is an international AVM consultant and founder of the Center for Appraisal Research and Technology (CART), a nonprofit dedicated to promoting appraisal equity through free research, workflows, and technology. He has most recently worked with the governments of Moldova, Ukraine, Estonia, and a number of large, medium, and small jurisdictions throughout the United States. Paul was the co-author of the IAAO's "GIS for Property Tax and Assessment Professionals" and currently serves as an adjunct professor of economics at Regent University in Virginia.
