Ronnie Lee Phillips received his master of Land Economics and Real Estate degree from Texas A & M University, which is recognized by the Appraisal Foundation and Appraisal Institute. This graduate real estate program consistently ranks in the top three in the US and fifth globally. Mr. Phillips received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management with emphasis on commercial property management and construction project management from the University of Houston-Downtown. Mr. Phillips’ commercial real estate career spans property maintenance, construction, property, asset, portfolio management, and development. Mr. Phillips served as the Department Chair of Real Estate of an accredited college in Silicon Valley, California where personally presented approximately 4,000 hours in the subjects of Real Estate Principles, Practice, Finance, Investment, Escrow, Appraisal I & II, Real Estate Economics and Property Management. Mr. Phillips is the principal advisor and economist for his firm RealStar Realty Advisors, LLC. He is an approved instructor for the National Association of REALTORS® Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS®) designation. Mr. Phillips presently speaks for chapters of the Appraisal Institute events and economic forums and symposiums and presents his proprietary accelerated learning courses for REALTOR Associations locally and nationally. Mr. Phillips’ upbeat presentation tone and penetrating insight provides accounting firms, attorneys, builders, corporate realty advisors, developers, investors, office, and retail tenants for making informed, intelligent investment decisions regardless of the current phase of the real estate market cycle.
