About me

Shaun manages the appraisal program. He has worked in an Assessor's Office (two counties) for over 27 years, in addition to his past employment as a fee appraiser & Realtor. He has been a frequent speaker at OSACA (Oregon State Association of County Assessors) conference, IAAO (International Association of Assessing Officers) annual conference and URISA (Urban and Regional Information Systems Association) annual GIS/Valuation Technologies Conference as well as IPTI (International Property Tax Institute) conference. Shaun has spearheaded results for his work team to advance and streamline work processes, find and implement technology to gain efficiency. A top priority of Shaun's is to assist his work team/family to be great at their jobs and successful in their careers creating quality service for the public.
